The posting

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Logistique, sûreté et sécurité physique, nous recherchons le futur Chef d'équipe Logistique H/F pour notre site de Brunoy dans le cadre d'un CDD de remplacement d'une durée de 1 an (potentiellement renouvelable 1 an).

En qualité de Chef d'équipe, vous assurerez l'animation de votre groupe, contribuerez au développement et au suivi des activités de votre pôle avec le souci de l'efficacité, de la qualité et de la sécurité. Vous assurerez notamment la gestion du courrier, des archives du site ainsi que l'entretien des biens mobiliers et immobiliers.

Vous serez amené(e) à superviser une équipe composée de 2 collaborateurs sur le périmètre du courrier.

Vos missions :

  • Encadrer et piloter une équipe, superviser l'activité de votre groupe
  • Organiser l'activité quotidienne du site
  • Répartir les tâches
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux, des contrats et des budgets de la logistique
  • Assurer l'interface entre les prestataires et les fournisseurs agissant sur site
  • Assurer le suivi quotidien de l'ensemble des tableaux de bord de suivi de l'activité
  • Contrôler la qualité de la production et du service rendu

Profil :

Titulaire a minima d'un Bac+2 en Logistique ou maintenance technique, vous disposez d'une expérience probante et significative de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine de la Logistique tertiaire. Vous avez, idéalement, une première expérience en coordination et animation d'équipe.

Vous êtes une personne ayant un sens du service développé, une facilité à travailler en transversalité avec les parties prenantes internes/externes et un goût du travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve de réactivité et de disponibilité pour traiter les sujets en fonction du degré d'urgence.

En terme de compétences, vous avez :

  • le permis de conduire
  • l'habilitation à conduire le chariot élévateur (CACES 3)
  • l'habilitation électrique
  • la maitrise des outils bureautiques du Pack Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Par ailleurs, une expérience de 2 ans serait appréciée dans la maintenance de bâtiment et moyens généraux afin d'avoir un bon niveau de polyvalence et bricolage pour pouvoir intervenir sur les petits sujets techniques du quotidien.

Rémunération annuelle brute proposée : 41 683€ comprenant une prime variable de 1 330€, et, à laquelle s'ajouteraient les accessoires de salaire tels que l'intéressement et la participation ainsi que l'abondement employeur.
