Warum wir Dich brauchen

Als Founders Associate / Business Operations Manager arbeitest Du eng mit dem Team zusammen, baust Struktur, wo Chaos herrscht, und bringst strategische Initiativen operativ zum Fliegen. Du arbeitest eng mit CEO, CTO und Teamleads zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unser Unternehmen operativ und strukturell für weiteres Wachstum und unsere Skalierung vorbereitet ist. Dabei spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unserer AI-First-Organisation: Wir wollen AI-Tools über alle Aufgaben, Prozesse und Teams hinweg gezielt einsetzen, um unsere Produktivität auf ein neues Level zu heben und echte Effizienzsprünge zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategie & Fundraising: Du entwickelst unsere Wachstumsstrategie mit und sicherst über gezieltes Fundraising die nötige Kapitalbasis.
  • Business Operations: Du etablierst skalierbare Prozesse, kümmerst Dich um Tools, Reporting und übernimmst Sonderprojekte.
  • Information Security & Compliance: Du hilfst in der Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS, gestaltest Richtlinien mit Produkt & Tech – und machst uns fit für ISO 27001, DORA & Co.

Was Du mitbringst

Dein Mindset zählt: Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ins Handeln zu kommen. Du findest Dich schnell in neuen Themen zurecht und hast kein Problem, Dich parallel in unterschiedliche Fachbereiche einzuarbeiten.

Wenn du bereits in dynamischen, unternehmerischen Umfeldern gewirkt hast und eine echte Macherin oder ein echter Macher bist, bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Falls Du einen akademischen Hintergrund hast, z.B. in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Feld, ist das ein Plus – aber kein Muss.

Sehr gute Skills in Deutsch und Englisch sind benötigt.
