Über Dich

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Front Office Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20h).

Als Front Office Manager (m/w/d) stehst Du an der Rezeption an vorderster Front und bist somit eine der ersten Personen, die den Gast formvollendet willkommen heißt. Dein Aufgabengebiet ist breit gefächert und alles andere als ein langweiliger 9-to-5-Job.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team

  • Webbasierter Check In/ Check Out mit der Durchführung von Übergabeprotokollen beim Ein- und Auszug der Mieter
  • Koordination von Reinigungs- und Technikangelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe im gesamten Haus
  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit der öffentlichen Bereiche
  • Professioneller Mieterservice
  • Teilnahme an Abteilungsmeetings
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten als Manager on Duty
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Verantwortung
  • Organisation von kleineren Events und Tournieren wie Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker…

Womit Du uns bereicherst

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung am Empfang eines Hotels ist wünschenswert
  • Kreatives und kommunikatives Organisationstalent, mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
  • Teamfähig, flexibel
  • Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung, sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Kenntnisse im MS Office Bereich
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit neuen Programmen und Systemen
