Über Dich

Für unsere 4 Objekte suchen wir ab sofort einen versierten Hausmeister / Facility Manager / Haustechniker (m/w/d).

Dein Aufgabengebiet ist breit gefächert und alles andere als ein langweiliger 9-to-5-Job.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team

  • Betreuung der Mieter und Unterstützung des Objektteams vor Ort
  • Laufende Kontrollen des Objektzustandes
  • Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Kontroll- und Inspektionsarbeiten an der Haustechnik
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Durchführung von Malerarbeiten
  • Abnahmen und Übergaben von Wohneinheiten
  • Zutrittskontrolle für Dienstleister
  • Terminüberwachung der Wartungs- und Inspektionspläne
  • Rufbereitschaft nach Anforderung

Womit Du uns bereicherst

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister/Hauswart
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
