Tutus Data växer och söker en ILS-Manager

Som ILS Manager på Tutus arbetar du övergripande i bolaget och leder ILS/IPS-arbetet för Tutus produkter och systemlösningar.

Rollen är bred och kräver att du har god kompetens inom området. Du leder och följer upp arbetet och håller i interna och externa kontakter. LE-kompetens finns inom bolaget, men vi ser gärna att du har förståelse för RAM-/LSA-analyser och kan vara en dialogpartner kring detta med kunder. Tutus genomför också en rekrytering av en teknisk skribent, som skall arbeta nära dig med med intern och extern dokumentation.

Rollen ansvarar för att följande delar genomförs:

  • Livscykelperspektiv: Arbetar med hela livscykeln, från koncept till avveckling, för att säkerställa att underhåll och logistik integreras tidigt i designen av Tutus produkter.
  • Analys och planering: Utför analyser (t.ex. driftsäkerhets-, kostnads- och underhållsanalyser) och skapar ILS-planer.
  • Supportstrategi: videareutvecklar strategier för produktsupport, service och reservdelshantering.
  • Samarbete: Samverkar med många teknikområden och produktledare.
  • Processutveckling: Leder och vidareutvecklar ILS-processer för att förbättra organisationens leveransförmåga.

För att passa i rollen tror vi att du har:

  • Kompetens inom materielöverlämningar FMV-FM och de ILS-leverabler som följer på det (GoF-registrering, underhållsberedning, TechPub mm) samt förmåga att självständigt driva arbete kring detta.
  • God förståelse för den absoluta majoriteten av ILS-element.
  • Erfarenhet av eller god förståelse för leverantörsdriven ILS/IPS.

Det är meriterande om du också har kompetens kring:

  • ASD-standarder (S1000D, S3000L, S6000T m fl)
  • RAM-analyser
  • LSA
