The posting

Tutus krypterar Sveriges känsligaste kommunikation. Försvarsmakten, myndigheter och kritisk infrastruktur använder våra produkter när information inte får läcka. Det har vi gjort sedan 1992, och idag är vi huvudleverantör av myndighetsgodkända IT-säkerhetsprodukter i Sverige.

Nu bygger vi upp en AI-funktion i samma anda. Vi söker en senior AI engineer som kan ta AI från idé till produktion i en miljö där säkerhet och precision är grundkrav.

Tekniken

Vi driftar vårt eget GPU-kluster on-prem, utan beroende av externa molntjänster. Det är en konsekvens av vad vi gör. Våra kunder kan inte skicka sin data till tredjepartstjänster, och därför kan inte vi heller göra det. I praktiken betyder det att du jobbar nära hårdvaran och har full insyn i hela stacken.

Rollen

Du blir en del av ett växande AI-team och jobbar nära tech lead och MLOps. I rollen kommer du att:

  • Bygga LLM-drivna applikationer och agentbaserade arbetsflöden mot interna kunskapskällor.
  • Designa och förfina RAG-pipelines mot dokument, kod och strukturerad data.
  • Ansvara för utvärdering och kvalitetssäkring av modeller (eval-harnesses, golden sets, observability).
  • Integrera AI-lösningar i befintliga produkter via API:er.
  • Bidra med datakuration och finjustering när en uppgift motiverar det. Vår default är att få ut maximalt av befintliga modeller först.

Vi har flera AI-produkter under utveckling, bland annat en transkriberingslösning. Du kommer att jobba med flera av dem parallellt.

Vi tror du har

  • Teknisk högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
  • Solid vana av Python i produktion.
  • Konkret erfarenhet av att bygga något icke-trivialt med LLM:er, exempelvis RAG eller agentbaserade system.
  • Vana av API-utveckling och containermiljöer.
  • Förståelse för säkerhets- och integritetsfrågor i AI-system.

Bonus om du också har

  • Erfarenhet av säkerhetsklassad eller annan reglerad miljö.
  • Erfarenhet av on-prem GPU-infrastruktur, modellkvantisering eller inferensstack (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM).
  • Vana av datakuration och finjustering (SFT, LoRA, DPO).
  • Erfarenhet av tal-till-text, ASR-pipelines eller andra modaliteter.
  • Frontend-erfarenhet (TypeScript, React eller liknande).
  • Svenska i tal och skrift.

Vi är ett office-first bolag där samarbete och korta beslutsvägar är en del av vår vardag. Samtidigt finns vissa möjligheter till att jobba remote när rollen och uppdraget tillåter det.

En anställning hos oss är placerad i säkerhetsklass och säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll kommer därför att genomföras vid anställning i enlighet med 3 kap. säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585).
