  7. Maintenance and Upkeep: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the pool and bar facilities are well-maintained. Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly. Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of assets.
  8. Budgeting: Assist in the development of annual budgets for the pool and bar operations. Monitor expenses and work towards achieving financial targets.
