Als Global Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle – ruhig, empathisch und professionell. Du hilfst Mitarbeitenden internationaler Unternehmen in kritischen Situationen: medizinische Notfälle, Reiseprobleme oder akute Eskalationen an verantwortliches Kundenpersonal.Kurz gesagt: eine Art Notruf-Leitstelle im Corporate-Umfeld – mit Fokus auf erstklassigen Customer Service und echtem Impact.Deine Aufgaben

Du nimmst Anrufe und E-Mails aus aller Welt entgegen (Deutsch & Englisch) Du beruhigst, strukturierst und koordinierst – auch unter Druck Du eröffnest und bearbeitest Fälle und leitest sie bei Bedarf an Medical- oder Security-Experten weiter Du sorgst dafür, dass Menschen schnell die richtige Hilfe bekommen Du arbeitest im 24/7-Schichtsystem in einem internationalen Operations Center

Was Du Mitbringst

Leidenschaft für Customer Service und den Umgang mit Menschen Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1) Ruhe, Empathie und Entscheidungsstärke in Ausnahmesituationen Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Call Center, Notruf, Assistance, Versicherung oder ähnlichen Bereichen ist ein Plus – kein Muss
