As an integral part of our team, you'll support, nurture, and guide clients through their legal journeys, ensuring every interaction is steeped in empathy, respect, and strategic acumen.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Engagement: Handle 10–15 intake calls daily for criminal and personal injury cases, ensuring each call is informative and engaging.
  • Consultation Management: Conduct confident, consultative calls to qualify leads, build rapport, and convert interactions into signed cases.
  • Objection Handling: Address pricing and payment plan concerns, offering solutions that align with client needs and firm policies.
  • Follow-up Excellence: Send post-call follow-ups using firm videos and assets to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates. You will also help build and continuously improve our follow-up system (templates, cadence, messaging, and assets) so leads don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Systems Management: Maintain accurate records and track leads in Clio,; utilize tools effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and staff providing timely updates and enhancing team synergy.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine the intake process using training and best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

  • Intake Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a legal (preferably PI or criminal) setting, handling client intake processes.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability in objection handling and ethical sales practices, with confidence in discussing payment plans.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Clio is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organization, note-taking, and follow-through with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritizing as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach in identifying problems and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Learning Mindset: Open to continuous improvement and self-education to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Bilingual Capability: Spanish fluency is a valuable asset in serving a diverse client base.

Why you should work here:

  • High-Impact Role: Your work will have a significant impact on the firm’s growth and client satisfaction.
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Opportunity to shape and improve the intake function, making it uniquely yours.
  • Career Growth: Clear pathway to advance into leadership roles within the intake department.
  • Learning Environment: Access to premier training resources and encouragement to innovate with support from firm leadership.

Additional perks:

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical benefits, including dependents, along with dental and vision coverage.
  • Generous PTO: Four weeks annual paid time off, with additional sick pay according to state law.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, fully vested from day one.
  • Paid Parking: Covered parking provided for all employees.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
