En lien avec les managers et les équipes RH, vous serez en charge du recrutement de A à Z, pour des profils variés.

🔍 Recrutement opérationnel :

  • Gérer l'intégralité de vos recrutements (fonctions commerciales, industrie et fonctions support) depuis notre ATS Teamtailor
  • Recueillir les besoins des managers
  • Diffuser les annonces sur nos jobboards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Apec, JobTeaser, Hellowork...)
  • Sourcer et alimenter nos viviers de talents potentiels
  • Assurer et suivre les mobilités internes de nos collaborateurs
  • Accompagner les managers comme les candidats tout le long du processus de recrutement, jusqu’à la rédaction de la promesse d’embauche puis l’intégration
  • Suivre vos KPI recrutement (tableau de bord)

🚀 Projets RH :

  • Participer au développement de nos relations écoles : forums, partenariats, jobdatings…
  • Animer des formations recrutement auprès de nos managers
  • Contribuer à des projets transverses : marque employeur, mobilités internes ...

Votre profil :

C’est avant tout votre personnalité qui fera la différence !

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum en recrutement (hors alternance et stages)
  • Vous avez un tempérament de chasseurs de talents
  • Vous avez déjà recruté idéalement des fonctions commerciales ou retail
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel et êtes orienté qualité
  • Vous vous adaptez à tout type d’interlocuteur et aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et organisé
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Connaissances des opérateurs booléens et canaux de sourcing
  • Idéalement vous avez un bon niveau d’Anglais
