Are you ready for your next career adventure in sunny Lisbon, working with a world-leading video streaming platform and GPS navigation tool? If you're passionate about helping people and love troubleshooting tech issues, this role is the step you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via chat, e-mail, and phone
  • Troubleshoot video, membership, and navigation issues with accuracy and care
  • Guide users through account, policy, and copyright questions
  • Document actions, flag bugs, and help drive platform improvements
  • Analyze customer concerns and report insights, impacting user experience globally
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in German, and comfortable communicating in English (minimum level B2)
  • Experience in customer support or contact center (12+ months preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of key BPO metrics (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs) is a strong plus
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem solver, calm under pressure, team player
