Vos missions

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients francophones d'un fournisseur d'énergie (électricité et/ou gaz) par téléphone, e-mail ou chat
  • Informer les clients sur leurs contrats, leurs offres et leurs factures d'énergie
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches : souscription, changement d'offre, déménagement, relevés de compteur, résiliation
  • Expliquer les factures et traiter les questions de consommation et de paiement
  • Gérer les réclamations avec professionnalisme et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Assurer une expérience client de qualité en respectant les procédures du projet

Profil recherché

  • Français niveau C1 minimum, C2 ou langue maternelle : seule langue exigée
  • Résider actuellement au Portugal, à Guimarães ou dans ses environs
  • Être autorisé(e) à travailler au Portugal
  • Être disponible pour commencer en novembre ou décembre 2026
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Sens du service, patience et orientation client
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Une expérience en service client, idéalement dans l'énergie, les télécoms ou les assurances, est un plus mais n'est pas obligatoire
