About the Role

We are recruiting for a Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer experience team in Athens, Greece. You can work remotely, from a modern office, or a mix of both, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.

No prior experience is required. Full paid training is provided from day one, making this an ideal starting point for a career in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries in Spanish by phone, email and live chat
  • Resolve issues, provide accurate information and escalate cases where needed
  • Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Deliver a consistently professional, high-quality customer experience
  • Work with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential
  • Fluent English (team working language)
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any client-facing role (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Clear, empathetic and professional communication
  • Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude
  • EU work authorisation, or eligibility for visa sponsorship
