The posting

Norwegian speaking (C1, C2) content moderator positions is available at Portugal for an April start.

You'll play a crucial role in upholding client guidelines, driving service enhancements, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Your job will be great:

  • Review user behaviors
  • Analyze reports with precision and maintain high-quality standards
  • Act as a central point of moderation, applying policies in a dynamic environment
  • Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or critical issues
  • Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience

Required profile:

  • Norwegian (minimum C1); Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong multitasking, critical reasoning, and communication skills
  • Fast learner and diligent worker

To become a part of the Team, you need to be:

  • Available to work from in rotate shifts as required.
