We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely near Lisbon. If you are fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) and have a keen interest in tech, this is the opportunity for you!

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across General Support, Order Assistance, Payment Queries, and Fraud Prevention.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions to inquiries.
  • Be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering top-tier service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to manage customer cases efficiently, always looking for ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

What were looking for:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for tech and problem-solving, with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Remote work experience and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
