  • Be the first point of contact for Hebrew-speaking customers
  • Resolve inquiries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues via phone, chat, and email
  • Deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Work in a modern office environment with ongoing training and support

  • Native-level Hebrew speaker
  • Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to relocate and adapt to life in Athens
