Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping others and excited to dive into a career in a multicultural environment. Whether youre answering questions, resolving issues, or simply providing guidance, youll be the voice of our brand for our valued Japanese customers.

What youll do:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Advocate for the customer, identifying areas for process and product improvement

Who you are:

  • fluency in Japanese and good communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Eligible to work in the EU or able to relocate
