Customer Support Specialist Portuguese Speaker

What Youll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
  • Resolve inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be part of a diverse, supportive, and energetic team environment

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and good English communication skills (B2+)
  • A problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
