What This Role Is Really About:

Assessing content and behavior: Youll review user activity to ensure compliance with platform policies, local regulations, and community standards.

Making judgment calls: Youll weigh context, intent, and impact using both policy knowledge and intuition to make the right decisions.

Collaborating with global teams: Youll work alongside others who care deeply about the digital world, in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Contributing to evolution: You'll share feedback and insights that help refine safety protocols and improve the user experience for millions.

What You Bring:

Native-level Danish (C1/C2) and strong English skills (B2+ minimum)

A sharp eye, analytical thinking, and resilience in reviewing sensitive material

A sense of mission when it comes to creating safer online experiences

Prior experience in content moderation, compliance, or policy analysis is a bonus but not a must
