Duties and Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact: Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that ensures every customer interaction is a positive one. Customer Care: Handle inquiries via email, messages, and phone calls related to bookings, refunds, invoicing, and customer onboarding. Own the Journey: Youll take charge of customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer fast, efficient solutions that make their travel experience smoother. Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and global partners to resolve inquiries with the best possible outcome. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver seamless support that keeps them coming back for more!

What Youll Bring to the Table:

C2-level Danish speaker, fluent in both written and spoken communication. Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to collaborate with international teams. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and navigating through tools and guidelines. Customer-centric approach: Youll know how to handle and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively find solutions that improve the customer journey.
