What Youll Do

  • Support French-speaking customers with care and professionalism via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot technical and service issues (dont worry, full training included!)
  • Keep detailed records and help improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate with a vibrant, young, and multicultural team

What Were Looking For

  • French proficiency at C2 level & English at B2 or above
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • No experience required well train you!
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Greece (remote work only from Greece)
