Job Title: Content Moderator (German)

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Contract Type: Full-Time

Looking for a new adventure in Porto? We have a fantastic opportunity for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team! Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Portugal's second-largest city while helping to ensure a positive online experience for users.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and moderate content to ensure it adheres to platform policies and guidelines.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication regarding content issues to users.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to continuously improve the moderation process.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe online environment for users.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring content quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
