Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English) Remote from Greece

Are you fluent in German (C1/C2) and confident in English (B2 or higher)? Would you love to build your career while living in one of Europes most beautiful and sunny countries?

We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our international team working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German

Requirements:

German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Previous customer support experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong team spirit and positive attitude

Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
