A global company is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its growing team in Athens. If you're passionate about providing outstanding service and ready to improve your language skills, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting German-speaking customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
  • Providing expert guidance on high-quality tools and equipment
  • Handling customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Working closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Representing a well-known brand in a sustainable and modern environment
