Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent German speakers for Travel Customer Service Specialist roles in Sofia, Bulgaria! If you're passionate about travel, come join this project for global travel management leader dedicated to exceptional service and innovation (supporting over 2 million travellers at 9,000 companies across 60 countries).

Role: As a Travel Customer Service Specialist, you'll assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.

Full-time onsite position in Sofia. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 20:00 (rotational) You will be provided with initial 3 months training in the office 9:00 till 18:00

Requirements:

- Fluency in German, both written and spoken (C1 level and higher)

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

- Working level of English (B2 and higher)

- Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage. Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

- EU member state passport OR a valid residence card for Bulgaria (a MUST)
