What Youll Do

  • Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot technical and service issues (dont worry full training provided!)

What Were Looking For

  • Italian at C2 level and at least B2 English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
