Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representatives and Content Moderators - Lisbon

  1. Customer Support Representatives: As a customer support representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Italian C2 level and proficient in English (C1 level), both written and verbal.

  • For customer support roles: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • For content moderator roles: Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation principles is a plus.
