Are you passionate about online content and fluent in Albanian? We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in our Lisbon office. If youre looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic, multicultural environment, this is the role for you!

Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Competitive Base Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Ads: Monitor and review advertisements for an online platform.
  • Content Management: Delete and block content according to policies; filter, organize, and evaluate material.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Albanian: Native or fluent in both oral and written forms.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level (B2).
  • Eligibility: No resident card required; Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker visa are welcome.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computer use and quick to learn new tools.
  • Content Sensitivity: Able to review potentially inappropriate, violent, or explicit content without bias.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong skills in contextual and critical thinking.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
