The Role As a Digital Policy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring online safety and compliance by:

  • Reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with company policies.
  • Taking action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks.
  • Staying informed on policy updates for accurate implementation.
  • Analyzing trends to address potential risks effectively.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Serbian and proficiency in English (B2+).
  • Valid work permit for Bulgaria.
  • Experience in back-office services or similar roles.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift system.
