What We Offer:

  • Position: Nordic Customer Support (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish)
  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal

  • Work Hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support in your C2-level native language.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • C2 proficiency level in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts.
