Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Arrangement: On-site Working Hours: Flexible shifts (4h / 6h / 8h per day), Monday to Sunday, 09:00 17:00

Are you passionate about helping others and excited to create exceptional customer experiences for global digital platforms? We are looking for enthusiastic, talented individuals who are fluent in both Icelandic and English to join our growing team in Sofia!

What will you do?

  • Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting for major digital platforms (apps, payments, media, etc.)
  • Deliver outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural team
