About the Role

Kick off 2026 with an international career move! We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to support leading global brands while living and working in sunny Greece.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide customer support in German via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical or service-related issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with an international, multicultural team

What Were Looking For:

  • German (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer literacy
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
