Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in Slovenian and English, providing excellent support via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions promptly
  • Track, document, and escalate customer requests when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude to ensure a high level of service

Ideal Candidate:

  • Slovenian language at C2 level and strong English (B2+) is essential
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
