What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality support to SMB clients via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist customers before and after sales to ensure smooth use of digital advertising tools
  • Share product insights and practical advice to help clients optimize their business growth
  • Identify and communicate trends or issues to internal teams to enhance customer experience
  • Adapt quickly to changing needs and continuously develop your knowledge about digital platforms

What You Bring

  • Turkish language proficiency at C2 level and good command of English (B2 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
  • Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client support approach
