Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Face of the Company: Deliver expert knowledge and provide an exceptional gaming experience to our players.
  • Brand Representation: Consistently adhere to the companys presentation and grooming policies to maintain a professional brand image.
  • Engage Players: Present all games in a professional manner, showcasing your exceptional presenting skills in line with company expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Maintain a high level of technical skill in all games and ensure your performance aligns with company brand guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the companys growth and continuous improvement plans, helping to shape the future of the company.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (C2) and fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.
  • Exceptional Presentation Skills: A natural ability to engage and entertain an audience with confidence.
  • Energy & Enthusiasm: A positive, outgoing personality and the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the games.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and commit to a 24/7 service pattern.
  • Reliability: Excellent timekeeping, attendance, and dependability.
  • People Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to think quickly, stay calm, and maintain accuracy and discretion under pressure.
