Vacature: Klantenservice Medewerker (Nederlands)

Of je nu in Athene wilt werken of vanuit elke locatie in Griekenland op afstand wilt werken, we hebben mogelijkheden voor jou!

Functieomschrijving:

  • Bieden van hoogwaardige klantenservice in het Nederlands via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
  • Afhandelen van klantvragen, problemen en klachten op een professionele en efficiënte manier.
  • Oplossen van technische problemen en het verstrekken van passende oplossingen aan klanten.
  • Registreren en bijhouden van klantgegevens en interacties in het systeem.

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands sprekend met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt.
  • Goede computervaardigheden en bekendheid met klantenservicesoftware.
  • Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
  • Flexibel om te werken in shifts en weekenden indien nodig.
