About the Role

We are looking for German and Dutch speaking Customer Advisors to join a global support team for Volvo Trucks in Ghent. In this role, you will provide professional customer support and ensure high-quality service delivery in an international environment.

The first month of training is fully on-site. After training, the role continues in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company procedures and service standards
  • Work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests

Requirements

  • German and Dutch language skills (professional level required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented approach and adaptability
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
