Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing resources and driving productivity? We're looking for a Workforce Manager to lead our team and enhance operational efficiency!

Location: Thessaloniki (On-site) Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

  • Lead workforce planning, forecasting labor needs & managing staff schedules.
  • Maximize resource usage, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, improve payroll efficiency, and provide insights on team engagement.
  • Manage workforce systems, automate reports, and optimize processes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Degree in Mathematics/Statistics or 5+ years in workforce management.
  • Fluent in English with strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Expertise in capacity planning, scheduling, and workforce tools.
