Nous sommes à la recherche d’ingénieur·e·s en mécanique talentueux·ses, qui souhaitent évoluer au sein d’une entreprise dynamique. Tes responsabilités

  • Développement et mise en œuvre de systèmes avec des client·e·s internationaux·ales
  • Analyse et évaluation des processus de production existants
  • Identification des goulets d’étranglement et des points faibles dans la production
  • Élaboration de solutions d’optimisation des processus
  • Collaboration avec les départements concernés pour déployer des mesures d’amélioration de la qualité
  • Travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production et d’ingénierie pour garantir une amélioration continue

Ton profil

  • Diplôme en génie mécanique ou qualification équivalente
  • Solides compétences en construction mécanique (SolidWorks, Inventor, Edge, etc.)
  • Connaissances approfondies en planification de la production, optimisation des processus, conception et gestion de la qualité
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes
  • Aisance dans le travail en équipe et bonnes compétences en communication
  • Expérience dans la formation ou l’animation d’ateliers pour le transfert de connaissances
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral ; l’allemand est un atout
