Für den Standort Dietlikon suchen wir eine:n Senior OT Cyber Security Engineer

Deine Zuständigkeiten

  • Design und Umsetzung von sicheren OT-Architekturen gemäss IEC 62433, NIS2 und CRA (u.a. Netzwerksegmentierung, Kommunikationsprotokolle & Ports, DMZ & Firewall, Fernzugänge)
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsaudits sowie Visualisierung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur und Einführung von Observability-Konzepten
  • Identität & Zertifikat-Verwaltung mit Authentifizierungsregeln
  • Konzepterstellung für Patch-Management
  • Prozesse und Tools für Vulnerability Management
  • Einführung von IDS / IPS Massnahmen
  • Gestaltung von DevSecOps-Entwicklungsprozessen (SSDLC / Secure Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Fachliche Beratung und Durchführung von Schulungen / Workshops zu OT-Cybersicherheitsthemen
  • Kontinuierliches Technologiescouting im Bereich der gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Industriestandards, Hardware- und Software-Lösungskomponenten

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Cybersicherheit / Systemhärtung und Entwicklung von Systemlösungen in Operational Technology (OT)
  • Kenntnisse von gängigen Industrie-Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT) und SPS-Plattformen (z.B. Beckhoff / Siemens / Rockwell)
  • Verständnis von Risikomanagement und Netzwerksicherheit von PLC, SCADA, IoT bis Enterprise und Cloud Ebene
  • Kenntnisse der Cybersicherheitsstandards und -frameworks wie IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren
