Hier bringst du dich ein

Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du uns bei vielfältigen Aufgaben und bekommst dabei einen umfassenden Einblick in unsere Marketing- und HR-Aktivitäten. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft von Marketing und HR
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Content für Social Media und interne Kommunikationskanäle
  • Mitwirkung bei Recruiting- und Personalmarketing-Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Events, Hochschulmarketing und Recruiting-Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Texten und weiteren Kommunikationsmaterialien
  • Übernahme eigener kleiner Projekte und Aufgaben – je nach Interesse und Erfahrung

Das schätzen wir an dir besonders

  • Du studierst aktuell z. B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Personalmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du kannst uns ab Februar 2027 vor Ort an 2–3 Wochentagen mit insgesamt 10–15 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen
  • Du hast Interesse an den Themen Marketing, HR, Recruiting und Employer Branding
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und strukturiert
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen und dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Marketing, HR, Social Media oder Kommunikation sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
