Hier bringst du dich ein

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die umfassende steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung und Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Mandanten unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen und Branchen und nimmst an betriebswirtschaftlichen Beratungsprojekten teil.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um Prozesse zu optimieren und zu digitalisieren und verantwortest interne Themen. Du wirkst an der strategischen Entwicklung unserer Steuerabteilung mit. Dabei stützt du dich auf deine Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Mandatsbearbeitung in einer Steuerkanzlei.
  • Du erstellst schriftliche, gutachterliche Stellungnahmen zu komplexen steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen und berätst deine Mandanten in diesen Bereichen. Außerdem bringst du deine umfassende Expertise im Bereich der Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungserstellung ein.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung eines Teams von Mitarbeitenden, beurteilst steuerliche Sachverhalte und verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung.

  • Du bist Steuerberater:in und hast Spaß an und gegebenenfalls erste Erfahrung in Führungs- und Leitungsaufgaben in einer Steuerkanzlei
  • Du bist eine leistungsbereite Persönlichkeit gepaart mit Eigenständigkeit, Delegationsfähigkeit, Gestaltungswillen und einem kooperativen Arbeitsstil
  • Du hast Kommunikationsgeschick im Umgang mit Mandanten sowie Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatung
  • Du besitzt fundiertes steuer-, handels- und betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen
  • Du bist teamfähig, kommunikativ, flexibel, belastbar und mobil
