About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Project Manager with 4+ years of Agile experience to own projects end-to-end, from pre-sales and discovery through delivery and support. You will connect clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams, and you will be accountable for scope, timelines, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

A background as a Business Analyst, Developer, or QA Engineer is essential. You need to speak the team’s language, challenge estimates, and make informed decisions. You should also use AI to make delivery faster and smarter.

Please note: this role requires vendor-side project management experience with full accountability for results. Experience gained only in outstaffing or staff augmentation models is not relevant for this position.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales & Discovery

  • Take part in pre-sales: client calls, requirements clarification, and solution shaping with Sales and Solution Architects
  • Prepare estimates, delivery approaches, team composition, timelines, and risk assessments for proposals
  • Lead Project Discovery: requirements elicitation, scope definition, prioritization, and roadmap creation
  • Turn discovery outcomes into an agreed project plan, backlog, and delivery approach

End-to-End Project Delivery

  • Own projects from initiation to closure: scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and release schedules, and track progress against milestones
  • Manage change requests and keep trade-offs transparent for the client
  • Track budget and resource utilization to keep the project commercially healthy
  • Adapt delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to project type and complexity

Multi-Project Management

  • Manage 2–3 projects in parallel, balancing priorities, resources, and client expectations across them
  • Plan team capacity and resolve resource conflicts
  • Set up and run the delivery process on each project (Scrum ceremonies, planning, reviews), facilitating or delegating as needed
  • Monitor progress across all projects, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement

Stakeholders & Reporting

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior and technical client stakeholders
  • Keep clients, Product Owners, teams, and management aligned on priorities, expectations, and risks
  • Deliver clear reports on project status, budget, risks, and blockers, with actionable insights
  • Identify risks early, manage mitigation, and escalate when needed
  • Spot account growth opportunities and support upsell discussions

AI in Delivery

  • Automate routine delivery tasks with AI tools, agents, and workflows
  • Help teams adopt AI-assisted development and QA practices

Requirements:

Must have:

  • 4+ years as a Project Manager in Agile delivery in an outsourcing / project-based model with full responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and results. Outstaffing-only experience will not be considered
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or QA Engineer
  • Proven pre-sales experience: client calls, estimation, proposal preparation
  • Experience running Project Discovery and managing projects end-to-end
  • Experience working directly with senior and technical stakeholders of clients from the UK or USA
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern QA
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile, with the ability to adapt processes to project needs
  • Hands-on experience with AI in delivery (agents, agentic development, automation, connectors, workflows) and an understanding of which tasks to delegate to AI
  • Experience with fixed-price and T&M contracts
  • Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Business thinking and readiness to dive deep into the client’s domain
  • High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Readiness for business trips abroad

PMP, PSM, or similar certification
