About the Role

The Senior Manager, Creative producer — Asia (Ex IN) will lead the end-to-end operational delivery of regional campaigns across Asia excluding India, including Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, and other priority markets. Based in Singapore, this role will ensure that campaigns move efficiently from brief to market through clear workflows, strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined production management, and reliable launch readiness.

You will work closely with Regional Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Content, Communications & PR, Localization & Operations, Product, global creative teams, agencies, production partners, and distribution platforms. The role will manage campaign intake, prioritization, briefing, production, approvals, asset delivery, launch tracking, reporting, and post-campaign learning.

This is a senior individual-contributor role requiring strong project management, creative operations expertise, stakeholder influence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex multi-market campaigns across different time zones and cultures.

Role overview - Lead creative producer Across Asia (Ex IN)

  • Own campaign operations from intake and briefing through prioritization, resourcing, production, approvals, launch, and post-campaign closeout.
  • Translate regional marketing, content, growth, partnership, and communications priorities into clear creative briefs, scopes, workplans, timelines, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Establish campaign operating rhythms, status reporting, production trackers, decision forums, and escalation paths.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of campaign progress, asset status, approvals, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and launch readiness.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and in line with brand, market, partner, legal, and channel requirements.

Manage Creative Production and Asset Delivery

  • Coordinate the development, adaptation, production, review, approval, and delivery of campaign assets across digital, social, content, partner, retail, event, platform, and owned channels.
  • Partner with creative leads to ensure briefs are complete, objectives are clear, audiences are defined, and deliverables are appropriately scoped.
  • Manage asset requirements, specifications, version control, usage rights, file delivery, trafficking, and distribution across markets and channels.
  • Coordinate creative revisions and approvals across Marketing, Creative, Content, Legal, Communications, Partners, and global teams.
  • Ensure final assets meet Crunchyroll brand standards, campaign objectives, partner specifications, local market requirements, and accessibility expectations.

Coordinate Localization and Market Adaptation

  • Manage the handoff of creative assets to Localization & Operations for translation, cultural adaptation, subtitling, dubbing, or other market requirements where applicable.
  • Track localized asset status, quality reviews, approvals, and final delivery across priority Asia (Ex IN) markets.
  • Ensure local adaptations preserve campaign intent, creative quality, brand consistency, and cultural relevance.
  • Identify localization dependencies and risks early and incorporate them into campaign plans and launch timelines.
  • Partner with regional market stakeholders to validate asset relevance and readiness.

Drive Cross-Functional Campaign Readiness

  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Content, Communications & PR, Localization & Operations, Product, Legal, Data, Finance, and Customer Experience.
  • Lead readiness reviews for content launches, seasonal campaigns, partner activations, brand initiatives, events, and market programs.
  • Track decisions, actions, dependencies, risks, and open issues through to resolution.
  • Ensure all campaign stakeholders understand their roles, deadlines, approval requirements, and launch responsibilities.
  • Escalate delivery risks and trade-offs in a timely, structured, and solutions-oriented way.

Manage Agencies and Production Partners

  • Coordinate internal creative teams, agencies, production companies, freelancers, localization vendors, media partners, and other external resources.
  • Establish clear scopes of work, production schedules, service levels, quality expectations, review cycles, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor partner and vendor performance across quality, timeliness, responsiveness, capacity, and cost.
  • Support partner onboarding, briefing, evaluation, performance improvement, and closeout.
  • Build trusted relationships that improve creative efficiency, collaboration, and delivery quality.

Build Scalable Campaign Operations

  • Develop and maintain campaign operations playbooks, templates, workflows, checklists, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve briefing quality, production visibility, approval speed, asset reuse, localization handoffs, and launch execution.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, asset libraries, version control, rights information, and delivery records.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale recurring campaign operations across the region.
  • Establish and track operational metrics such as on-time delivery, asset completeness, approval cycle time, issue aging, vendor performance, and launch quality.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and translate learnings into improved processes, planning, and future campaign execution.

Experience and qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in campaign operations, creative operations, integrated marketing, production management, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-market campaigns across entertainment, media, streaming, technology, gaming, consumer platforms, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of creative briefing, production workflows, asset management, localization handoffs, approvals, trafficking, and launch readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns, agencies, production partners, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Experience building and improving creative operations processes, workflows, templates, trackers, dashboards, and quality-control frameworks.
  • Experience working with creative teams, marketing teams, localization vendors, media partners, agencies, and external production resources.
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance creative quality, cultural relevance, brand consistency, launch deadlines, partner requirements, and operational constraints.
  • Experience working in a matrixed and globally distributed organization across different time zones, markets, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise status updates and executive-level escalations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, timeliness, and follow-through.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
