Die Position:

· Initiierung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsinitiativen (z.B. Rüst /Formatoptimierung, Prozess- und Tool-Verbesserungen) sowie Eskalation bei anhaltender Nicht-Einhaltung an Senior Management und Site Leadership Team

· Monitoring relevanter KPIs (z.B. Release Lead Time, Planerfüllung, Output, Bestände), Analyse und Bewertung von Abweichungen vom Plan

· Erstellung, Pflege und fortlaufende Aktualisierung eines rollierenden Master Production Schedules (Horizont 1–12 Monate) zur termingerechten Produktbereitstellung

· Übergeordnete Planung und Koordination der jeweiligen Supply Chain mit dem Ziel der Marktversorgung

· Master Scheduling sowie Feinplanung der Ressourcen (inkl. Kapazitäts-, Produktions- und Reihenfolgeplanung) und Erstellung sowie Pflege der Produktionspläne im jeweiligen Planungssystem (inkl. Rüst-/Rezeptzeiten, Rüstmatrix)

· Identifikation und Lösung von Master-Scheduling-Konflikten (z.B. Kapazitäts-/Materialengpässe) zur Vermeidung von Verzögerungen in Produkt- und Projektlieferungen und Einleiten geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

· Monitoring relevanter KPIs (z.B. Release Lead Time, Planerfüllung, Output, Bestände), Analyse und Bewertung von Abweichungen vom Plan

· Initiierung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsinitiativen (z.B. Rüst /Formatoptimierung, Prozess- und Tool-Verbesserungen) sowie Eskalation bei anhaltender Nicht-Einhaltung an Senior Management und Site Leadership Team

· Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Ergebnissen gegenüber relevanten Führungskräften und Entscheidungsgremien

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer sowie unternehmensinterner Planungsstandards (u.a. GMP/SOPs) im Verantwortungsbereich

· Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer bzw. verbesserter Supply-Chain-Planungsprozesse (z.B. Standardisierung, Datenqualität, Transparenz von Kapazitäts- und Auslastungsviews) und Planungstools; Sicherstellen der Daten- und Prozessqualität im Rahmen von SOPs, IT-Qualitätssystem und GMP-Richtlinien

· Erstellung des Budgets und Forecasts für Produktions-, Liefer- und Bestandsmengen im Verantwortungsbereich auf Basis der Absatzpläne sowie Sicherstellung einer kurz- und mittelfristigen Bestandsplanung für Gewinn- und Verlustprognosen

· Erstellung und Pflege von Kapazitätsplänen zur Ausrichtung der Produktionsressourcen am Forecast

· Mitarbeit im Supply Chain Issue Management Team und Vorbereitung sowie ggf. Vorstellung von Unterlagen und Auswertungen für Supply Review Meetings; Sicherstellung der umzusetzenden Maßnahmen bei marktkritischen Ereignissen

· Ansprechpartner für produkt- und bereichsrelevante Fragestellungen rund um Produktionsplanung und Marktsupply; Schnittstelle zur globalen Planung, Supply Chain, Manufacturing und Quality, Product Lifecycle Management, R&D, Finance sowie Global Sourcing/External Supplier Integration

· Übernahme der Projektverantwortung für komplexe lokale Projekte in Bezug auf Kosten, Ressourcen, Kommunikation, Termine und Ergebnisse; Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung für globale Projekte (z.B. Validierung, Design)

· Analyse und Bewertung von Handlungsalternativen inklusive Szenarioplanung zur Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen (z. B. Make-or-Buy, Intercompany Orders, Cross Plant MRP, Vendor Managed Inventory) inkl. Planung, Steuerung und Implementierung im Rahmen des definierten Entscheidungsspielraums und in Abstimmung mit den Führungskräften im Verantwortungsbereich

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung:

· i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Arts, z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain

· Mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung

· Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Kapazitäts-, Produktions- und Reihenfolgeplanung sowie Supply Chain Projekten inkl. Restriktions-/Engpassmanagement, Wartungs-/Stillstandsplanung sowie Supply-Chain-Szenarien

· Vertiefte Kenntnisse in relevanter Planungssoftware (z.B. SAP PP/PI, PP/DS, Kinaxis Maestro, Qlikview/Power BI) sowie von KI, Analytics und Optimierungstools

· Erfahrung mit Operational Excellence (OE), Problemlösungs- und Continuous Improvement (CI) Ansätzen

· Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen Präsentations- und Projektmanagementerfahrung

· Englisch Level 2

· APICS CPIM Zertifizierung (wünschenswert)
