Die Position:

× (Unterstützung diverser Projektteams (Investitionsprojekte, Projekte zur Optimierung der Ausbeute, Produktqualität, Virussicherheit, Kapazitätserhöhung sowie zur Optimierung des GMP-Status und der Arbeitssicherheit) durch fachlichen Input zu Fragen des Produktionsprozesses, der Prozessabläufe, der Analytik, der Anlagentechnik, der biochemischen Besonderheiten der Produkte und Intermediate und der Kapazitäten

× Ständige kritische Analyse der Produktionsprozesse, der technischen Anlagen und der Prozessabläufe zur Detektion von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung von

o Prozessen

o Equipmenteinsatz

o Kapazitätsnutzun

× zur Verbesserung der Ausbeute, Produktqualität, Produktsicherheit, Produktverfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit

× Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von technischen und Prozessänderungen

o Formulieren von Änderungsanträgen mit z.T. hohem Grad an Komplexität und Detailliertheit

o Aufnahme der Anträge in „Trackwise“ mit eigenständiger Festlegung des Reviewteams

o Zusammenführung der mit den Änderungen erforderlichen Aktionen und Koordination der Umsetzung (Koordination von Aufgaben in mehreren Abteilungen)

o Fachliche Begleitung der Umsetzung der Änderungen und Koordination der Ausführung über alle Projektstufen (z.B. technische Implementierung, Qualifizierung, Validierung, Registrierung) bis zur Produktivsetzung

× Mitarbeit bei der abteilungsübergreifenden Bearbeitung von Abweichungen (technische Abweichungen, Kalibrierungsabweichungen, Prozessabweichungen)

o Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenfindung durch Analysieren der Prozessabläufe, der Daten (aus diversen Datenbanken wie z.B. MES, LIMS, PLS) und Erstellen von Dokumenten

o Kommentieren (Einbringen des Produktexperten-Know-how) der Abweichungen

o Einbringen von Vorschlägen zur Etablierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen oder Vorbeugemaßnahmen, um den Mangel zu beheben und das Auftreten zukünftig zu vermeiden

× Durchführung des Inprozess-Kontrolltrendings, dabei

o Erfassung von IPK-Daten in diversen Systemen (z.B. MES, PLS, spezif. Datenbanken)

o Erstellung von Graphiken zur statistischen Prozesskontrolle und zur Erfassung von Trends

o Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen zur Analyse von Trends

o Melden von Auffälligkeiten an den Vorgesetzen mit Interpretation der Daten, der Ursache von Auffälligkeiten und der empfohlenen Maßnahmen

× Unterstützung des GMP-Koordinators bei der Bearbeitung von Produktionsvorschriften und Produktionsprotokollen (Papierversion) oder der MBRs (Master Batch Records) in MES

× Erstellen von Kalibrierungsübersichten (vgl. Begriff dafür in SOP)

× Durchführen von Messstellenbewertungen

× Bewertung der Kalibrierungsprotokolle und Meldung von Auffälligkeiten

× Auf Basis des vorhandenen präparate- und anlagenspezifischen Spezialwissens inhaltliche Überprüfung und Bewertung von

o Validierungsdokumenten (z.B. Protokolle, Reports)

o Qualifizierungsdokumenten (z.B. Protokolle, Reports, Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte)

o Registrierungsdokumenten (Produktionsprotokolle, -vorschriften, begleitende Anlagen je nach Registrierungsziel und -prozedere)

o SOP´s

× Bei internen und externen GMP-Audits: Mitarbeit bei

o Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Inspektionen (z.B. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Mitarbeit bei Identifizierung und Beseitigung von Mängeln sowie Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen)

o Fallweise Präsentation von Dokumenten und Beantwortung fachlicher Anfragen der Inspektoren

× Unterstützung von Tech-Transfers im Rahmen von:

o technischen Upgrade-Projekten hinsichtlich Auswahl und Festlegung des Anlagenlayouts sowie Anpassung des Prozessablaufes für den großtechnischen Maßstab

o Transfer der Produktionsverfahren an andere Standorte

o Mitarbeit bei der Konzipierung und dem Aufbau von Produktionsanlagen an anderen Standorten

× Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung des MES-Systems und dessen Strukturen

× Unterstützung bei Problembeseitigung im Rahmen der MES Bereitschaft

× Anfertigen von elektronischen Chargenprotokollen

× Mitarbeit bei der Qualifizierung/Validierung des MES

Womit Sie überzeugen:

× i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Pharmatechnik

× 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
