Über die Stelle

Als Full Stack Developer entwickelst du unsere Webanwendung IPM für das Prozessdatenmanagement weiter, vom Java-Backend über SQL bis zur React-Oberfläche. Du setzt neue Features um, analysierst und behebst Fehler und arbeitest aktiv an der technischen Modernisierung der Anwendung mit. Dabei sorgst du mit Tests, Code Reviews, Dokumentation und gut gepflegten CI/CD-Pipelines für Qualität und stabile Abläufe.

Das erwartet dich

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Webanwendung für das Prozessdatenmanagement IPM, vom Backend bis zur Oberfläche
  • Umsetzung neuer Features sowie Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Mitarbeit an der technischen Modernisierung unserer Anwendung
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von SQL
  • Pflege und Ausbau unserer CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Schreiben von Tests, Code Reviews und technischer Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung > 3 Jahre
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und/oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Java
  • Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit React
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken, idealerweise Oracle
  • Erfahrung mit AI-driven Development
  • Erfahrung mit Git, Pull-Request-Workflows und automatisierten Tests (z. B. JUnit)
  • Strukturierte Herangehensweise an Fehleranalyse in komplexen, gewachsenen Anwendungen
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Austausch mit Test, Support und Produktmanagement

Idealerweise bringst du außerdem Erfahrung mit

  • Java-Frameworks und Applikationsservern
  • CI/CD (Github Actions)
  • Linux und Docker
