  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung von Linux- und Windows-Servern sowie virtualisierten Umgebungen
  • Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Active Directory
  • Betrieb und Absicherung von Netzwerk-, Firewall- und VPN-Infrastrukturen
  • Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Security-Standards
  • Betreuung von Backup-, Recovery- und Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei Automatisierungs-, Cloud- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Sicherheitsvorfällen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Erfahrung in der Linux- und Windows-Administration
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung und Container-Technologien (z. B. Proxmox, Docker)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Identity Management
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit, Firewalls, VPN und Endpoint Security
  • Verständnis für Backup-, Recovery- und Security-Konzepte
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- oder Automatisierungslösungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS oder Azure wünschenswert

Idealerweise bringst du außerdem Erfahrung mit

  • Sophos Firewall oder vergleichbaren Security-Lösungen
  • PKI- und Zertifikatsmanagement
  • Monitoring- und Logging-Systemen
  • Atlassian, SharePoint oder ähnlichen Collaboration-Tools
  • Automatisierung und Konfigurationsmanagement
