Då kan det här vara rollen för dig. Som IT-tekniker på CTC blir du en viktig del av vår digitala verksamhet. Du arbetar på plats i Ljungby och ser till att våra system, nätverk och arbetsplatser fungerar smidigt samtidigt som du stöttar användare, driver förbättringar och bidrar till en säker och stabil IT-miljö.

Det här kommer du att göra

Ge support till användare både på plats och på distans Felsöka och lösa problem inom datorer, nätverk och system Installera och konfigurera utrustning och applikationer Hantera användarkonton, behörigheter och licenser Arbeta med drift och underhåll av servrar, nätverk och arbetsstationer Delta i IT-relaterade projekt och förbättringsarbeten Samarbeta med IT-kollegor inom NIBE-koncernen

Vi tror att du har

Erfarenhet av IT-support och IT-drift Goda kunskaper i Microsoftmiljöer (AD, Windows Server och Microsoft 365) Erfarenhet av virtualisering, gärna VMware Kunskap inom nätverk, IT-säkerhet och behörighetshantering

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Azure och hybrida IT-miljöer.

Vem är du? Du är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och gillar att hjälpa andra. Du tar ansvar för ditt arbete, trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter och ser möjligheter där andra ser problem. Framför allt är du en lagspelare som vill vara med och utveckla både IT-miljön och verksamheten. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker dig som är serviceinriktad, engagerad och har en positiv inställning till samarbete och utveckling.
