IT Tekniker - SKYLOTEC Nordic AB Placering: Löddeköpinge SKYLOTEC Nordic AB utvecklar och producerar avancerad portabel utrustning för material- och personlyft, så kallade power ascenders. Produkterna används globalt inom industri, räddning samt militära och polisiära verksamheter. Under 2026 kommer vi flytta vår produktion från Göteborg till nybyggda lokaler i Löddeköpinge och söker nu en IT Tekniker som kommer att få vara med att bygga upp och utveckla vår nya avdelning. Om oss Skylotec Nordic AB är en del av den familjeägda tyska Skylotec-koncernen, som verkar globalt med egen produktion i nio länder. Vi är en ledande aktör inom flera områden och i det nordiska dotterbolaget arbetar ett engagerat team med bas i Löddeköpinge, kompletterat med en produktionsanläggning utanför Göteborg. Vi brinner för våra produkter – men framför allt för våra kunder. Vi är cirka 60 medarbetare i Sverige och omkring 1000 anställda världen över. Dina arbetsuppgifter: • Drift, dokumentering och inköp av IT-infrastrukturlösningar vid våra svenska anläggningar i Löddeköpinge och Göteborg • Support på första och andra nivån på dessa platser • Säkerställa at IT standard följs samt föreslå förändringar • Hantering av incidenter, problem och förändringar • Planering, utformning, implementering och utförande av återkommande driftuppgifter • Driva eller deltaga i IT-projekt • Utföra arbetet i enlighet med tekniska riktlinjer från vårt globala IT-infrastrukturteam som man också är en del av Din profil: • Utbildning inom IT-området eller motsvarande kompetens • Relevant erfarenhet av drift av IT-infrastruktur, gärna med tekniker som identitetshantering (MS Active Directory, Entra ID), hantering av enheter/mjukvara, IP-nätverk, övervakning och IT-säkerhetslösningar • Starkt fokus på kund- och slutanvändarsupport • God kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift • Intresse för hållbar problemlösning med ständigt fokus på säkerhetsaspekter • Kunskap om och erfarenhet av IT-processer (ITIL) samt verktyg för tjänstehantering (helst Jira) är meriterande Vi erbjuder: • Möjlighet att själv välja vägar för kompetensutveckling, t.ex. genom utbildning och certifieringar – för oss är stagnation inte ett alternativ • Snabba beslutsvägar och utrymme för innovation • Förmåner såsom friskvårdsbidrag, tjänstepension och frukost en gång i veckan • 6 extra lediga dagar per år genom arbetstidsförkortning • Rabatter på delar av vårt sortiment Kontakt från rekryteringsbolag och rekryterare undanbedes.
